At Flooenci, we believe in offering high-quality, impactful English training — both online and offline. If you’ve booked an offline (in-person) course through our website and need to change your plans, here’s how we can help.


🕒 Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You cancel your offline course within 5 days of purchase, AND
  • The course has not yet started

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer a refund if:

  • The course has already started
  • You request cancellation after 5 days from the date of booking
  • You miss sessions or do not attend without informing us in advance

🔁 Course Transfers or Rescheduling

Need to postpone or transfer your booking? We’ve got you covered!

  • You can reschedule to a future batch or date (subject to seat availability)
  • Must notify us at least 48 hours before the start of your original course

💳 How to Request a Refund or Change

Please contact us at support@flooenci.com with:

  • Your full name and contact number
  • Course name and batch (if applicable)
  • Payment reference or transaction ID
  • Reason for your request

Our team will review and respond within 2–4 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
