Welcome to Flooenci. By enrolling in our courses or making any payment to Flooenci, you agree to the following payment terms and conditions.

1. Full Payment Requirement

  • All students must complete the full course fee payment before the commencement of classes.
  • Admission will be confirmed only after successful full payment.
  • No installment payment option is available.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made through approved methods such as UPI, bank transfer, online payment gateway, or cash (if applicable).
  • Students must ensure that payment details are entered correctly while making transactions.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

  • All payments made to Flooenci are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Registration fees, admission fees, and course fees cannot be refunded once payment is completed.

4. Payment Confirmation

  • Students are advised to keep payment receipts, screenshots, or transaction IDs for verification purposes.
  • Payment confirmation may take up to 24 hours depending on the payment provider.

5. Online Payment Issues

  • In case of failed or delayed transactions, students must contact the academy with valid proof of payment.
  • Flooenci is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party services.

6. Course Access

  • Access to classes, learning materials, certificates, and other services will be provided only after full payment is received.

7. Fee Changes

  • Flooenci reserves the right to update course fees or payment policies at any time without prior notice.

8. Agreement

  • By making payment, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these payment terms and conditions.
